Here are the main features. Ud glass elements capture very sharp & clear images with superior image delineation.
The image stabiliser (is) is equivalent 3 stops faster shutter speed. Ultrasonic motor (usm) for fast quiet focusing. Manual focusing enabled during autofocus.
Round aperture hole for more pleasing background blur (ie bokeh). Sealed construction for high resistance to moisture and dust. This has been my go-to zoom lens for fast action and events. It has plenty of life in it yet and its in great working condition. There’s a very small 4mm paint chip near the bayonet (as pictured).
I consider it to be in very good to excellent condition. The photos show the lens as it is. If you live in melbourne, you are welcome to check the lens out in the flesh.
