Canon zoom lens ef 24-70mm f/2.8l usm. Front & rear lens cap. There’s lots of info on the net regarding features and technical specs. Heres a link for one of the more informed reviews. Please check it out before asking any technical questions.
Here are the main features. Ud glass elements capture very sharp & clear images with superior image delineation. Ultrasonic motor (usm) for fast quiet focusing. Manual focusing enabled during autofocus. Circular diaphragm for more pleasing background blur (ie bokeh).
Sealed construction for high resistance to moisture and dust. This has been my go-to zoom lens for walk around/all purpose use.
Think family life, weddings, sports, photojournalism and landscape (especially on a full frame body). It has plenty of life in it yet, its in the current canon ‘l’ series pro lens line-up and its in great working condition. The zoom mechanism is ever so slightly stiff at the 24-28mm end. It doesn’t bother me but i had it checked by canon australia here in melbourne nevertheless. They have said it falls within normal range.
The lens hood (ew-83f) is virtually brand new as i lost the original and has been replaced. I consider it to be in very good to excellent condition. The photos show the lens as it is. If you live in melbourne, you are welcome to check the lens out in the flesh.
