Is usm image stabilizer lens. Is usm lens with accessories plus a bonus hoya 77mm uv filter. This lens is still in. Body is very clean and glass is perfect, no scrathch, marks at all. All pictures are of the actual listed lens.
The lens provides a camera-shake blur correction effect equal to an increase of two steps of shutter speed, greatly expanding the range of handheld photography even with slow speed film and under low light or other difficult conditions. Canon original tripod ring collar. Canon original front and rear lens caps.
Canon lens soft case lz1324. The first ef telephoto zoom lens with a high-magnification zoom range of 100 to 400mm.
This is the first l type zoom lens with is (image stabilizer) system. The dual-mode is mechanism corrects camera shake blurring equivalent to two shutter speed steps. The is mode-1 works for normal shooting and is mode-2 is suitable for panning shots of a moving subject, stabilizing images in viewfinder. The optical system uses one artificial crystal fluorite and one super ud (ultra-low dispersion) glass lens elements(3rd & 7th), which thoroughly correct chromatic aberration. The minimum focusing distance of 1.8m is achieved throughout zooming range.
The floating system in rear focusing system is employed for the first time for ef zoom lens to achieve a high definition for the entire focusing range. A ring usm (ultrasonic motor) drives high-speed and silent af and full-time manual focusing. Linear zooming design with zooming friction adjustment ring gives a good operability of this lens. Extenders ef1.4x and ef2x are compatible to this lens with.

Canon Ef 100-400mm F4.5-5.6 L Is Usm Lens
This lens is in excellent condition. I have used it on a couple of day trips to the safari park and on one holiday. It is an excellent wildlife lens, giving an equivalent focal length of 160-640mm on the majority of canon eos cameras which are aps-c format. If one fits a 2x converter this becomes 320-1280mm equivalent! The lens comes in its original box along with the dedicated case, lens hood and lens caps for front and back.

The lens show light use with a couple scuffs and scratches on the outside. The lens glass top and bottom are not scratched or cracked. Its in great working condition, just a little dust on the surface of the bottom lens, its on the outside and can be cleaned off but i do not have the proper items here to do that. The inside is clean with no dust, mold or fungus.
