Canon ef 16-35mm f/2.8 l usm lens. Made in japan # 155775 (date code us0207).
A few marks from normal use are noticed on the lens hood and front lens cap. Excellent with no signs of fungus/haze/marks.
A few specks are noticed. Original front and rear canon lens caps included. Canon ew-83e lens hood is also included. This lens is the older 16-35mm, not the current ii version. Our retail store is located at 1064 eastside hwy, corvallis, montana 59828.

Canon Ef 16-35mm F/2.8l II Usm Lens
It was bought brand new in june 2009 from b&h and since i got a second body (full frame) i want to get the 24-70 f/2.8l instead. There are no flaws or scratches on the glass. Sometimes when you adjust the zoom or focus ring the focus ring pops a small amount (a centimeter, seriously) up and back. It makes a clicking sound.
The lens works 100% perfect and this does not affect focusing or zooming. The lens works like new. I was shooting a event last week and when i sat down it knocked into a chair. For the most part it is really clean except maybe a spot or two of dust/dirt on it.

All of the “l” lenses deliver optical performance equal to. Similar fixed focal lengths lenses, and the usm lenses do this with. Distortions and aberrations are remarkably. Small for a lens of such amazing capabilities. Entirely internal focusing and zooming movement.
Ring-type usm provides ultra-quite, super-fast, precision auto focusing and predictive tracking. Fulltime manual focus override (even in af mode). Circular aperture diaphragm produces brilliant out-of-focus characteristics.

I bought this lens from a local camera retailer. This is a fast, versatile and pretty amazing lens. This lens with was used on a full frame canon 1ds iii with excellent results.
