Tack sharp zoom l lens. The body of the lens does show some signs of use.
The front element of the lens is perfect, though there is a tiny mark on the rear element which should be minor en. Ough not to effect image quality.
There is also signs of a little dust inside the lens, which again should be minor enough not to effect image quality. Reluctant sale, forced by redundancy.

The body excellent condition+++ !!!! +++ the auto focus is does’t work +++!!!!!!! It’s work fully fuction with manual mode. It’s work shoot for vdo file. Front and rear cap , canon et-83 hood included. This lens has canon ef lens mount. It will work on canon digital and film cameras.
And rear glass elements are in perfect condition. I would rate glass as perfect. Glass is free of dirt, fungus or haze. Aperture blades are free of oil.
Filter rim is in good condition. Smooth focus, all the way.
It feels like quality lens. Everything works as it should. Would rate it at 9.5 for cosmetics. And at 10 for performance on a scale of 10 “with mf mode”.

This is not correct as the max aperture is f2.8 across all focal lengths. Please also note that despite the words in the original description, this obviously is a zoom and not a prime lens.

Canon ef 28-70mm f2.8 l. This is one of the best optical-quality lenses canon’s ever made. It’s the pro, l-series lens. The lens barrel shows some normal signs of use, but no dents, dings or scratches, there’s some paint loss around the area where the hood is being turned on and off. A few numbers fade a little in the inscription on barrel.
The lens hood does have some scuff marks and scratches. Zooming and focusing ring are working properly, af is accurate. Glasses are clean and clear, no scratches, haze or fungus, coatings are excellent. Comes with both front and rear caps and canon’s lens hood.
